Inquiries, quotes, and pickups

You do not need an account to contact us or request a pickup. Please provide accurate contact and equipment information. Submitting a form is a request for follow-up; it does not confirm a pickup time, equipment acceptance, or payment amount. We discuss those details with you before arranging service.

Do not use the website to submit spam, malicious content, or information you are not authorized to provide. Ask us about data wiping or physical destruction when discussing your equipment.

Text messages

A2 Tech Recovery Customer Care texts: if you opt in on our contact form, we will text you about your inquiry, quotes, and pickups. If you text us first, we reply only about your message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or call 888-324-8386. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We never sell your mobile number, and we never share text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates.

Privacy and messaging choices

Text consent is optional. Providing a phone number, calling us, or requesting a quote does not by itself authorize text updates or marketing. Phone and our contact form remain available for inquiries.
