Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Is pickup really free?
Yes. For business quantities within our Chicagoland service area, pickup is free — no fees, no minimums hidden in fine print. Tell us what you have and we'll confirm before scheduling.
How do you decide what you pay?
We pay for working, resalable equipment. Once you tell us what you have — makes, models, rough condition — we'll send you a clear quote before pickup. Equipment without resale value is still picked up and recycled free of charge.
Do you take home electronics?
We focus on business pickups, but if you have a larger amount of home equipment, reach out — we're flexible.
What about hard drives and data?
Drives are wiped before anything is resold, and we'll physically destroy them instead if you prefer. Tell us what's on the equipment and we'll walk you through the options.
Do I get documentation?
Yes. Every pickup includes a certificate of responsible recycling for your compliance and sustainability records.
What areas do you serve?
Businesses throughout Chicagoland — Cook, DuPage, Will, Lake, Kane, and McHenry counties. Not sure if you're in range? Ask — we're flexible for larger pickups.
