Your name, email, phone, company, equipment details, and message when you use our contact form, call, or text us. If you opt in to texts, we record that, and we still keep records from our retired text-updates signup. Our analytics record how visitors use the site, and a cookie helps block spam.
How we use it
To reply, prepare quotes, arrange pickups, and send texts you agreed to. We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that run our website, phone, and messaging tools. The map on our contact page loads from Google; no other company tracks you across websites through our site. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages
A2 Tech Recovery Customer Care texts: if you opt in on our contact form, we will text you about your inquiry, quotes, and pickups. If you text us first, we reply only about your message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or call 888-324-8386. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We never sell your mobile number, and we never share text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates.
